By purchasing products from The Factory Publishing ("thefactorypublishing.com.au and thefactorypublishing.com") the purchaser ("The Customer"), agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.

1. Terms:

3. Payment:
   • Any account not paid within the time specified on the invoice will be liable for interest at the rate of 16% per annum and such interest will be added to the account (capitalised) at the end of each month and form part of the principal debt.
   • Any account outstanding for more than sixty (60) days will be liable to meet in full the sellers debt recovery, legal costs, travel expenses and/or commissions and internal accounting charges (recovery fees) and such recovery fees will be added to the buyers account and form part of the principal debt.
   • Client must final The Company's charges without any set off, counter claim or deduction unless same is agreed in writing.
4. Refunds: Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management.
5. Addressing: If a product is found to be mis-addressed by thefactorypublishing.com.au then thefactorypublishing.com.au shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then thefactorypublishing.com.au will not refund or resend the product and all responsibilty for correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.
6. Incorrect Bank Account Number: thefactorypublishing.com.au gives the customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to the Customer by thefactorypublishing.com.au, then thefactorypublishing.com.au will not accept any responsibilty for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.
   
   
7. Mailing Cash: thefactorypublishing.com.au does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products. If the Customer does mail cash, thefactorypublishing.com.au accepts no responsibilty for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed cash.
8. GST: For Australia delivery addresses, all prices are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated. If your order ships to a delivery addresses outside Australia, no GST will be charged.
